Due Dilligence and company acquisition workshop
As a part of the project, on December 5, 2022 we hosted Dalibor Valincic from Wolff Theiss at the Faculty of Law Osijek. He held an interesting workshop on Due diligence and EU regulation in merger transactions. Project news – September 2022
As our project goes on, we are currently preparing the report on the teaching of #competitionlaw in project partner countries and applying changes in the #CompetitionLaw course that is taught at Ekonomski fakultet u Osijeku. The changes will include Digital markets as topics which will be taught from the 2022/2023 academic year.
