The Jean Monnet Center of Excellence (JMCOE) announces Call for the 2023 Best Student Paper Award. We invite all interested students to submit their paper on one of following topics: Topic 1: Competition Law Enforcement and Advocacy Topic 2: Competition Policy Contributing to the European Green Deal Topic 3: Digitalization and Competition Law Paper submissions will be evaluated through a review process conducted by the Projects review committee. Today the Jean Monnet South and East European Competition Law Center of Excellence hosted the ON-LINE Competition Law Day “Competition Law Enforcement: Arbitration, Standard of Proof, and Enforcement Priorities”. Round table style event brought together leading academics from SEE countries, competition law enforcers, legal practitioners, and law students with the aim to foster discussion on current issues in competition law enforcement.
