Today the Jean Monnet South and East European Competition Law Center of Excellence hosted the ON-LINE Competition Law Day “Competition Law Enforcement: Arbitration, Standard of Proof, and Enforcement Priorities”.
Round table style event brought together leading academics from SEE countries, competition law enforcers, legal practitioners, and law students with the aim to foster discussion on current issues in competition law enforcement.
