Two successful events were organized during the visit to Khujand, Tajikistan. On 20 June and 21 June, the Tajik Institute on Economy and Trade hosted a workshop for students and a Round table for competition law experts from Tajikistan.

On May 7, 2024, as part of the Jean Monnet South and East European Competition Law Center of Excellence and the Croatian Competition Law and Policy Association, and on the occasion of Europe Day at the Faculty of Law in Osijek, a Students's panel within the Online Competition Law Day was held. The winners of the first-year students' best paper competition were allowed to present their papers. Congratulations to all for the excellent presentations.

Faculty of Law in Skopje hosted on April 25, 2024, a round table of Challenges in the development of competition law in North Macedonia and its alignment with EU law. The event was organized within the JEAN MONNET CENTER OF EXCELLENCE South and East European Competition Law Center of Excellence. Round table gathered the most prominent Competition law experts from North Macedonia and the region. It was a great event with many interesting presentations. The whole agenda can be seen here.
Jean Monnet South and East European Competition Law Center of Excellence, and the Croatian Association for Competition Law and Policy are organizing an international conference. Possibilities and limits of competition law: Global trends, regional perspective The conference will be held in Osijek, Croatia, on October 3-5, 2024. The Jean Monnet Center of Excellence (JMCOE) announces the Call for the 2024 Best Student Paper Award. We invite all interested students to submit their papers on one of the following topics: Topic 1: Competition Law Enforcement and Advocacy Topic 2: Competition Policy Contributing to the European Green Deal Topic 3: Digitalization and Competition Law Paper submissions will be evaluated through a review process conducted by the Projects review committee. The award winner and finalists will be selected based on the ratings and comments received from paper reviewers. All details can be found here.
The great event took place in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. SEE Jean Monnet Center of Excellence in Competition Law in cooperation with the Faculty of Law in Sarajevo, organized two great events dedicated to different competition law topics. On 27 November, competition law experts from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia shared their knowledge and opinions regarding competition law enforcement during a round table discussion. On the second day, on 28 November, workshop participants discussed the best practices concerning competition advocacy and compliance strategy. As a part of South and East European Competition Law Center of Excellence, a workshop, Challenges to Competition Law Enforcement in SEE countries, will be held in Sarajevo on November 28, 2023.
