Jean Monnet South and East European Competition Law Center of Excellence will host ON-LINE Competition Law Day “Competition Law Enforcement: Arbitration, Standard of Proof, and Enforcement Priorities” Round table style event will bring together leading academics from SEE countries, competition law enforcers, legal practitioners, and law students with the aim to foster discussion on current issues in competition law enforcement. As a part of the project, on December 5, 2022 we hosted Dalibor Valincic from Wolff Theiss at the Faculty of Law Osijek. He held an interesting workshop on Due diligence and EU regulation in merger transactions. This was a great opportunity to promote Project and to increase awareness of EU rules applicable to businesses.

On Monday November 21, 2022 presentation of Jean Monnet Center of Excellence was held at Pravni fakultet Osijek. The event was organized together with Pravno Ekonomska Klinika Osijek. During the event, students and professors from Pravni fakultet Osijek and Ekonomski fakultet u Osijeku discussed business opportunities and legal and economic difficulties they face in selling goods and providing services in the internal market. They also heard examples from two companies Vinarija Siber and Jedna.
