The Jean Monnet Center of Excellence (JMCOE) announces the Call for the 2024 Best Student Paper Award. We invite all interested students to submit their papers on one of the following topics: Topic 1: Competition Law Enforcement and Advocacy Topic 2: Competition Policy Contributing to the European Green Deal Topic 3: Digitalization and Competition Law Paper submissions will be evaluated through a review process conducted by the Projects review committee. The award winner and finalists will be selected based on the ratings and comments received from paper reviewers. All details can be found here.

The great event took place in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. SEE Jean Monnet Center of Excellence in Competition Law in cooperation with the Faculty of Law in Sarajevo, organized two great events dedicated to different competition law topics. On  27 November, competition law experts from  Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia shared their knowledge and opinions regarding competition law enforcement during a round table discussion. On the second day, on 28 November, workshop participants discussed the best practices concerning competition advocacy and compliance strategy. As a part of the South and East European Competition Law Center of Excellence a Round table: Competition law enforcement: procedural issues will be organized in Sarajevo at ravni fakultet, Obala Kulina bana 7, 71 000 Sarajevo.
