From October 3rd to 5th, 2024, the Faculty of Law in Osijek hosted the Pannonian Student's Camp, organized in collaboration with the Jean Monnet South and East European Centre of Excellence in EU Competition Law and the Croatian Society for Competition Law and Policy. In addition to students from the Faculty of Law in Osijek, participants included students from Italy, Moldova, Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Tajikistan, who competed for the best paper in competition law. As a part of the project, on December 5, 2022 we hosted Dalibor Valincic from Wolff Theiss at the Faculty of Law Osijek. He held an interesting workshop on Due diligence and EU regulation in merger transactions. This was a great opportunity to promote Project and to increase awareness of EU rules applicable to businesses.

Presentation of Jean Monnet Center of Excellence in Competition Law

On Monday November 21, 2022 presentation of Jean Monnet Center of Excellence was held at Pravni fakultet Osijek. The event was organized together with Pravno Ekonomska Klinika Osijek. During the event, students and professors from Pravni fakultet Osijek and Ekonomski fakultet u Osijeku discussed business opportunities and legal and economic difficulties they face in selling goods and providing services in the internal market. They also heard examples from two companies Vinarija Siber and Jedna.
