An international conference entitled “Possibilities and Limits of Competition Law: Global Trends, Regional Perspective” was held at the Faculty of Law in Osijek from October 3 to 5. This important conference brought together leading legal experts, representatives of competition authorities and scientists from various countries, including Italy, Slovenia, China, Albania, Greece, Germany and many others. 🌍
Through expert panels and lectures, participants exchanged knowledge and experiences on the latest competition law trends, challenges, and solutions.
Among the main speakers were the judge of the General Court of the EU, Vesna Tomljenović, a member of the Legal Service of the European Commission, Mislav Mataija, a Professor Ph.D. Siniša Petrović, prof. Ph.D. Jasminka Pecotić Kaufman, and professor Ph.D. Vlatka Butorac Malnar and our prof. Ph.D. Dubravka Aksamović.
