JEAN MONNET SOUTH AND EAST EUROPEAN COMPETITION LAW CENTER OF EXCELLENCE   i Pravno- ekonomska klinika najavljuju gostujuće predavanje te pozivaju sve zainteresirane studente da sudjeluju na radionici  na temu   DUE DILLIGENCE I STJECANJE DRUŠTVA   Gost predavač je Dalibor Valinčić, odvjetnik iz odvjetničkog društva Wolff Theiss iz Zagreba U okviru radionice studenti će se upoznati sa postupkom preuzimanja trgovačkih društva  te pravnim, ekonomskim i financijskim analizama koje se provode u cilju utvrđivanja vrijednosti trgovačkog društva. Studenti će se u okviru radionice također upoznati sa zakonodavnim okvirom  EU koji se primjenjuje na trgovačka društva koja posluju na tržištu EU.
